Return and exchange

At Loona, we accept returns or refunds only in case of damaged or incorrect items — not for change of mind. You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery, with a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • Damaged or Wrong Item?
    We’ll arrange a free pickup and offer either a full refund or an exchange, based on availability. Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after we receive the product.

  • Packaging
    Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
